Can I use my Korean warehouse address for any online store?
Yes. Your Global SH address works with almost any Korean online retailer. From K-pop stores like Weverse Shop, Fans Shop, and Ktown4U, to everyday shopping on Coupang, Naver, and Daiso, to fashion platforms like Musinsa, Ably, and W Concept, as well as BL manhwa stores such as Jmeeshop.
Can I send packages from Bunjang or X (Twitter) sellers to your warehouse?
Absolutely. We receive packages not only from online stores but also from individual sellers on platforms like Bunjang and X. If you need help with Bantaek (CVS delivery), our warehouse team can handle the pickup for you.
What is Bantaek and how does convenience store pickup work?
Bantaek is a low-cost domestic shipping option in Korea where the package is sent to a convenience store instead of a home address. Many sellers on X and Bunjang prefer it because it costs less than regular delivery.
At Global SH, we also offer Bantaek pickup. A small handling fee of 1,000 KRW per package applies because our staff manually collects each parcel for you.

How long can I store packages at Global SH warehouse for free?
We offer 60 days of free storage at our warehouse, giving you time to collect multiple orders before shipping them together. If you need more time, additional storage is available for fees. Check our storage rates here.
Will I get notified when my package arrives in there?
Yes. As soon as your package arrives at our Korean warehouse, notification will be sent to your registered email so you can check what has arrived before requesting shipment.
Can you open my package and send me photos of the contents?
Yes. If you would like to see what is inside, simply request it after receiving your arrival notification. We will open the package and upload the photos to your account.
Buying from Korea
Can Global SH buy products for me from Korean websites?
Yes. Our EZ Order service handles proxy purchases from any Korean online stores even if you do not have a Korean card, phone number, or address. Just send us the product link and we will take care of the purchase, including Korean payment. This also works for personal sellers on Bunjang and X.

Yes. Global SH sources albums directly from chart-registered retailers such as Weverse Shop, Fan Shop, Ktown4u, Yes24, and other official stores. Whether you use our EZ Order service or your own K-addy, your purchase will be 100% counted on both Hanteo and Circle charts.
What payment methods does Global SH accept?
We accept PayPal, Wise, E9pay, and Kakao Bank. If you prefer bank transfer, contact us through WhatsApp and we will guide you through the process.

We support FedEx, UPS, EMS, and EMS Premium for most destinations. For the Philippines, sea freight options such as Goldstar and Umac are also available. You can choose the shipping method that best fits your needs when submitting your shipment request.

The best way to save is to combine multiple packages into one shipment. Our consolidation service reduces costs by removing unnecessary packaging and minimizing box size before dispatch. We also offer extra cost-saving options such as our Inclusions Only service, which lets you ship selected items like photocards without full album packaging.

Customs policies vary by country and are determined by your local customs authorities. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient.
