▶ If the service fee is not paid the end of the warehouse usage period, we will charge 2000 won per day.


▶ If the contract ends and you still didn’t get your items after the 15th day from your contract’s
expiration, we have the right to dispose your goods, with unpaid storage charges to pay for the costs.
This means that after 15 days and they still don’t ship out their items or pay for the storage fee,
the warehouse have the right to dispose the items.  Because the contract has ended.  


▶ When the package arrives, please film an unboxing video, If you don't have an unboxing video,
you can't get a refund.                   


▶ When the package arrives without your nickname on end of address, we don’t open.
but we upload the picture on our group chat of whatsapp everyday, you have to check it.
No-name package will only be kept for 3 months.
 
▶ After receiving your packages from us, you can make a complaint within a week.
You can't check it if it's over a week.
